This Billing & Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Social Bones Ltd (“Social Bones”, “we”, “our”). By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.

• Subscriptions auto-renew each month or year until cancelled.

• No refunds once a payment has been processed.

• You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

• Billing errors (e.g. duplicate charges) will be corrected if reported.

• Free trials (if offered) must be cancelled before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Subscriptions & Renewal

• Social Bones is a subscription-based SaaS service.

• Plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
   

Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting billing@socialbones.co.nz.

• Cancellation stops future billing.

• You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable, as you gain immediate access to our digital services upon payment.

• Refunds are only provided in cases of proven billing error (e.g., duplicate charges).
   

Free Trials & Promotions

• If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

• To avoid charges, cancel before the trial expires.

• Promotional discounts apply only for the stated term; regular pricing resumes after.
   

Billing Errors

• If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, notify us within 30 days of the charge.

• We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a correction or credit.
   

Changes to Pricing

• We may adjust subscription pricing with prior notice (via email or in-app notification).

• Price changes take effect on the next billing cycle.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by New Zealand law.
