• Customer uploads: you own the assets you upload.

• AI-generated content & licensed stock: owned by Social Bones; you receive a licence to use it while subscribed.

• Service/usage data: owned by Social Bones, may be anonymised/aggregated for analytics.

• Third-party processors: cloud hosting, analytics, and integrations process data on our behalf.

Security & Retention

• Encryption, access controls, backups, and audits are applied.

• Data retained only as long as needed or legally required.

• On cancellation, data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable timeframe.
